SetMaster Privacy Policy

SetMaster ("the app") is made by LostPokeCenter LLC, an Arizona company ("we", "us"). Contact: [email protected].

The short version: there are no accounts, your collection stays on your phone, and we do not sell your data or show ads.

What stays on your phone

Your cards, binders, portfolios, wishlist, photos, notes, prices you typed in and settings are stored only on your device. We do not have a copy and cannot see them. If you uninstall the app or lose the phone without a backup, they are gone. Backups you create are files you save wherever you choose.

What is sent to our server

• Card scans. When you scan a card, the photo is sent to our server, which passes it to Google's Gemini service to read the card's name, number and set. We do not keep the photo; it is used only to answer that request. Google processes it under its own terms (policies.google.com/privacy).
• Prices and set data. The app downloads price and set information from our server. These requests carry the card or set being looked up, not who you are. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, may log technical details such as your IP address and request time for security and to keep the service running.
• Pictures. Card pictures are loaded from our image storage and from public card databases (for example TCGdex, Scryfall, YGOPRODeck, optcgapi.com). Those services see your IP address when your phone fetches a picture.

Purchases

Subscriptions and purchases are handled by Google Play. We use RevenueCat to check whether you have SetMaster Pro. RevenueCat receives a random anonymous ID, your purchase status and device information needed to verify the purchase. We never see your payment details; Google handles those. Permissions

• Camera: to scan cards. Photos you take for scanning are processed as described above.
• Photos / files: only when you choose a picture for a binder cover or a card, or pick a backup file to restore.

What we do not do

We do not require an account, sell or rent personal data, show ads, or track you across other apps or websites. The app does not collect your name, email, contacts or location.

Prices and third-party data

Prices come from PriceCharting and other sources and are estimates, not offers to buy or sell.

Children

SetMaster is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Your choices

You can delete everything by clearing the app's data or uninstalling it. Because we hold no account data about you, there is nothing for us to delete on our side beyond routine server logs. For any privacy question or request, email [email protected].
